Email Failure?

OK well I've been trying to email my coach and I've recently been getting email's saying that my IP address is blocked, or something to that effect. I really need to email my coach and I can't figure out how to 'unblock' my email.





The actual email said


"Remote host said: 550 Mail rejected by Windows Live Hotmail for policy


reasons. A block has been placed against your IP address because we


have received complaints concerning mail coming from that IP address. We


recommend enrolling in our Junk E-Mail Reporting Program (JMRP)"





Is there any way to fix this?

no way..... instead create another id or send through anyother computer ...and try again
