My Yahoo! email account would not accept my password. I have not changed it. Even so, I asked for help to remember' it, and it said it doesn't have enough information to do that. From another email account, I sent an email to 3 of my various email accounts. The one to my Yahoo! account came back, with the message that there is no such-named Yahoo! account.
I suspect my account was hacked.
An apparently totally non-active account had linked to mine.
It had no questions, no answers, no fans, %26amp; no other contacts.
I watched it for a few days. One day, it was no longer listed as 1 of my fans, but was listed instead as 1 of my contacts!
I NEVER chose it as a contact!
Immediately, I deleted it.
After signing out of my account that day, I have not been able to access either my email or Y!As accounts. My Y!As account, profile page is still accessible to view, however. So, I guess it is still intact.
Anyone ever regained access to their email %26amp;/or Y!As accounts after such ... ???

sounds like you are out of luck. i have had that happen to me and i lost all my saved email and all of my messenger contacts. i just made a new account and started over

Reply:Me too, I can't open my account even though I never change the password. Every time I tried to Log in it say invalid password.
