My email shows 1 unopened email. The problem is there are NO emails (opened or not) in my inbox. It's empty!

Like I said, the account is new so there are absolutely no accumulated emails in the box. I know that sometimes there has been an unopened email a few pages down...but in this case the box is completely empty ... so why does is say I have (1) onopened email?????

That's happened to me too before.


It's just a glitch.
Reply:You may have moved an unopened email to another folder.
Reply:It may be just a technical problem in the system, or there is an unopened email in another folder. Check your junk mail folder or bulk mail folder.
Reply:Its in Your (bulk, spam, junk folder)!
Reply:This is a glitch at the present time, Yahoo is aware of this and says it will clear soon.

Reply:That happens all the time. Just click the refresh button or right click on the page, then select refresh.





Next time it happens, and nothing is really there, just refresh.
