How to email my customers all at once?

I own my own business. As of today, I have 74 customers. I want to email all of them to remind them to renew their plans and I have their names, emails, addresses, and phone numbers in an excel spreadsheet.

How can I email all of them so that it says "To: their email" and from me.

I do NOT want to put myself in the subject and BCC all of them so don't answer that I should do that. I know there are websites that do it for you but I don't want to pay very much. Also, I do NOT want to do it individually but I can if I have to. I just want it to say To them From my business email and that's it. Is this possible? Thank you.

Note: I am using Outlook Express and it's not a yahoo email, it's an email from my business domain

There is a function in Microsoft Word (if you have that) which is specifically made for this process. It's called "Mail Merge".

You may have to create a .csv file of your addresses from excel, then import them into outlook. Since you have Excel, I'm assuming you have Word and Outlook (not express). You'll need both.

Open Microsoft Word Help and search for "mail merge email". You'll see a few topics. There is a wizard to follow, so it will take you step by step.

The end result is that you will have a single email to each customer with only their email address and your return address on it. It will look like you typed an individual email to each person, but you only typed it once. (You will have to copy and paste the text of the email into a word document in order to do it.)

I've done this in the past and it works, (but it took me about 3 tries to get it right.) Stick with it. Try it with only a few email addresses first, until you figure it out.

This link will provide a pretty good walkthrough of the process:

Yeah; and it's not spam. If these are your customers (or whatever), it's perfectly legit. I used to do mail merge for my customers for a newsletter that I sent out. I checked into all of the spam laws first to be sure I wasn't doing anything wrong.
Reply:create an email group, don't forget to cut and paste the emails into it, and not type them. from the express help:

To create a group of contacts

You can create a single group name (or alias) to use when sending a message to several contacts at once. Simply create a group name and add individual contacts to the group. Then, just type the group name in the To box when you send e-mail.

In the Address Book, select the folder in which you want to create a group. Click New on the toolbar, and then click New Group.

The Properties dialog box opens. In the Group Name box, type the name of the group.

There are several ways to add people to the group:

To add a person from your Address Book list, click Select Members, and then click a name from the Address Book list.

To add a person directly to the group without adding the name to your Address Book, type the person's name and e-mail address in the lower half of the Properties dialog box, and then click Add.

To add a person to both the group and your Address Book, click New Contact and fill in the appropriate information.

To use a directory service, click Select Members, and then click Find. Select a directory service from the drop-down list at the end of the text box.

After finding and selecting an address, it is automatically added to your Address Book.

Repeat for each addition until your group is defined.

Note

To view a list of your groups separately from the Address Book listings, in the Address Book, on the View menu, make sure that Folders and Groups is selected.

You can create multiple groups, and contacts can belong to more than one group.
Reply:you could create a group in your outlook. You would have to enter them all once, but after that you would just have to edit your list as you aquired new customers.
Reply:write more than 1 e-mail
