Got email with link to click 4 email read it now i click on link 4 Eal it is era zed how can go back to see it

i was sent a email telling me there was mesage for me at a site to read it click this link i did went to the site and saw mesage but now when i go to the same email and click on the link i go to the site and email has been deleted is there any way i can look back at history to find it dont worry nothing bad just a girl i meet on dateing site we hit it of she sent me her private email and phone number it was midnight last after visit to pub didnt right it down and now it has gone

if you met her on a dating site why not message her again and ask her to send them to you again.that seems about the only thing you could do. its an easy thing to do so im sure she will understand
