**Updated Part II**

I regret to inform you that per Microsoft this is not a function you can perform with Hotmail by using a browser (IE - Firefox) interface.

If you have XP, you can use Outlook to perform this task of merging all your folders, e-mails, address into one program, or you can use Thunderbird (free) better security and spam features. If you would like assistance setting this up let me know.

My only other suggestion is below with "Linking Accounts", and I'm not sure if this is what your looking for.

**Updated**

There is no information I can locate on-line, at Microsoft, Microsoft Knowledge Base or other Microsoft sites, for exporting and importing your Hotmail folders.

A close second might be:

Open up your Hotmail, look in the upper right hand corner, you'll see your log-in name with a drop down arrow.

Select the drop down arrow, select "Link Other Accounts".

By any chance do you use Outlook, Outlook Express, Thunderbird or some other e-mail client for your Hotmail or do you just use your browser for reading and sending? You use Microsoft XP, Vista? By using Outlook, Outlook Express or Thunderbird (Free) it would be a lot easier, than just the browser interface, to export. If you want to use Thunderbird or Outlook, please reply and I can send you a link on my website with step by step instructions with pictures.

What programs are you switching too and from for your e-mail?
